Sacred Beauty Rituals

Glowing skin, growing hair, healthy strong nails and a snatched waistline (check)!

How lovely is it to have everything harmoniously in order when it comes to your beauty and wellness goals?

If you've ever tried a wholistic approach to your daily routine then you know just how sustainable and long lasting your results will be. I can honestly say that it's not where everyone chooses to start. However, in my experience I've learned through guiding and supporting women to look and feel their best it is truly a well rounded practice that must be implemented! It didn't take long for me to witness that the best results came from adopting healthier rituals right from home.

I have been able to convince my clients for over 10 years that its what you do between your salon visits that matter most.

...and it's so much more than what you put on your hair, face or body that gets you optimal results but more like what you put in

How was I able to reassure them into a healthier approach?

It's simple, TRUST! For years my clients have gotten amazing results under my guidance and the only way to keep it that way has always been to expand my knowledge so that they can continuously get their desired results. When you practice what you preach that goes a long way too, they've been able to witness a beautiful transformation in real time with me.

Ask yourself: Are you adding fuel or depleting yourself of vital nutrients that nourish and replenish the health of your hair, skin and nails?

As you implement a wholistic approach to your sacred beauty rituals I want you to focus on the word wholistic.

A wholistic lifestyle is all about incorporating rituals and daily habits that assist your mind, body and soul through supporting you emotionally, mentally and spiritually by means of a naturopathic approach.

Here's where you can begin:

Movement & Meditation

Movement and meditation is by far one of the best tools you can implement to catapult your beauty routine. Moving your body not only increase the release of endorphins but also works harmoniously with your lymphatic and nervous systems to relieve tension, remove toxins and reduce stress. Meditation to some may sound a bit taboo but in all honesty is one of the most ancient practices to calm your mind, body and spirit. It has been documented that meditation can significantly shift the way you experience life. When you have a way to manage the stressors of life you profoundly decrease your chances of dis-ease but also hair loss and skin conditions. Meditation requires much patience but the benefits are endless.

High Vibrational Diet

A high vibrational diet is merely one of whole plant based foods. It should be everyone's goal to eat what all nature has to offer instead of a highly processed, sugary and salty intake.

Did you know that the food you eat has great impact on how your hair grows and how radiant your skin is?

Those who tend to consume a whole plant food based diet look more radiant in part because they feel better. Quite simply, I encourage you to adopt this as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Start by eliminating genetically modified foods, foods and beverages high in processed sugar, high amounts of caffeine and your salt consumption (all are directly connected with hair loss and cystic acne). Drink more water and begin introducing foods from the earth that will increase your life force energy and vibration. A few favorites are always fresh seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, legumes, spelt, superfoods (chlorella, spirulina, moringa, etc), herbal teas, healthy oils (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc) and herbs (tumeric, spearmint, ginger, etc).

Self Massage

Self love is one of the greatest expressions of how we value ourself and care for ourselves. Self massage more specifically Abhyanga, is the ritual of anointing and massaging your body with warm oil infused with herbs beginning with your feet and working your way up to the crown of your head ending with an invigorating scalp massage. The benefits of this practice are truly infinite, just a few to keep in mind are- decreases signs of aging, stimulates internal organs, calms nerves, softens and smooths skin and helps stimulate hair growth.

Your beauty rituals just got a lot more nourishing and replenishing, I encourage you to slowly begin adopting healthier practices to achieve the results you desire that much more sacredly!
